What the forms ask for

There are three contact forms on this site — one on the home page, one on the contact page, and a short one on the industry, area and service landing pages. All three ask for the same three things: your name, your email address, and whatever you type in the message box. There is no fourth hidden field.

Nothing else about you is collected. No account to create, no payment details, no uploads.

Where it goes

When you press send, the form is turned into an email and delivered through Resend, the email service we use. It lands in the inboxes of the two founders. A short confirmation goes back to the address you entered so you know it arrived.

The site does not write your submission to a database. Your message lives where any other email lives: in an inbox, and in Resend's sending logs.

What we do with it

We read it and we reply, within 24 hours. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or drop you onto a mailing list you did not ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics script and no advertising pixel. Nobody is following you from page to page here.

One exception worth naming: the contact page embeds a Google Map. That frame is loaded from Google's servers, so opening that page means Google receives the request and may set its own cookies. What Google does with it is covered by Google's privacy policy, not this one.

How long we keep it

As long as the conversation is useful — the same way an old email thread sticks around. If you would rather it did not, say so and we will delete it.

Asking us to delete it

Email hello@4dventures.co and ask. We will tell you what we still have, delete it, and confirm when it is gone. There is no form to fill in and no verification hoop — it is a three-person company and one of us will read your note.

Changes to this page

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and the date at the top of it. There is no version history to dig through.
