What this page covers

These terms cover reading and using 4dventures.co. They do not cover work we do for you. Every engagement — a website, a marketing retainer, an automation build, custom software — runs on its own written quote and scope, signed before anything starts.

The content here

Service descriptions, past work, prices, timelines and blog posts on this site are here to explain what we do. We keep them accurate and current, and we still provide them as-is, with no warranty that every detail fits your situation.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote. A number you read on a service page is a starting point. The quote we write for your project is the real one.

If you hire us

Your engagement is governed by the written agreement and scope you sign with us: what gets built, what it costs, when it lands, and what happens after launch. If anything on this site conflicts with that document, the document wins.

The guarantees we describe on the site are real and they live in that agreement too — the 90 days on one-time builds, the 30 days on automation projects, the month-6 terms on the growth-marketing retainer. Read them in your agreement before you sign, and ask us about anything that reads oddly.

Who owns what

The text, layout, code, graphics, photography and the 4D Ventures name and logo on this site belong to 4D Ventures. Read it, link to it, quote a line and credit us. Do not copy it wholesale onto a site of your own.

That is about this site only. Work we build for a client belongs to the client — the site, the code, the content and every account, from day one. The single exception is spelled out in the growth-marketing retainer: the retainer includes the website build, so cancelling before month 6 triggers a one-time buyout covering the build cost. From month 6 there is nothing left to buy.

Links to other sites

We link out to tools, clients and articles we think are worth your time. We do not run those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them or what they do with your data once you leave here.

Limits

We work to keep this site up and correct. It can still go down, and a page can go stale. To the extent the law allows, 4D Ventures is not liable for losses that come from using this site, relying on something you read here, or not being able to reach it.

Changes to this page

We can update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Using the site after that means the updated terms apply.
